DSP · Donation
The DSP is the most established route, in continuous operation since 2017. Your investment is a direct, non-refundable contribution to the Vanuatu National Development Fund supporting infrastructure, education and healthcare projects.

The CIIP combines a government contribution with a returnable capital component. After a five-year holding period, US$50,000 is returned to the applicant, subject to program terms and conditions.
