Day 1
Confidential Consultation

Day 1–5
Engagement & Pre-Screening
Sign our engagement letter and submit identity documents for a preliminary internal compliance check.

Day 5–10
Stage 1 Document Compilation
We collate nomination forms, certified copies of passports, police clearances and resumes. Once Stage 1 documents confirmed in order the US$5,500 due diligence fee is paid.

Day 10–20
Government Due Diligence
Your file is submitted to the Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit and Citizenship Commission. Independent background checks are conducted by an internationally-accredited firm.

Day 20–30
Approval in Principle
After Due Diligence clearance and issue of 'no adverse findings' letter, the Stage 2 main application is lodged for approval at the next Citizenship Commission meeting. The successful applicants then receive official letter of Approval in Principle from the Vanuatu Government. The main fee is only payable after this official approval.

Day 30–40
Oath of Allegiance
Once main fee funds are cleared into the Government account your Citizenship Certificate is prepared. The Oath of Allegiance is sworn before a Vanuatu Commissioner, virtually. Your Birth Registration and National ID Card are then issued.

Day 40–45
Citizenship & Passport
The Chairman of the Citizenship Commission signs your Vanuatu Citizenship Certificate. Once biometrics are completed your Vanuatu passport is issued and couriered to your nominated address.

NOTE: All document copies must be in colour, clear and legible. All document copies required to be CERTIFIED must be ‘Certified true copy of original’ by a Lawyer, Notary or Justice of the Peace. The Certifier must date and stamp the copies and provide name and signature. If document copies or certifications are not in English an approved translation service must translate the document and certification and provide in English.
