The content on this site is general information about the Vanuatu citizenship by investment programmes. It is not legal, tax, financial or immigration advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. Speak to us, or to your own adviser, before making a decision.

Vanuatu Government Designated Agent status

Vanuatu Advance Citizenship Limited is listed by the Vanuatu Citizenship Office as a Designated Agent, represented by Selina Kolthek. The official list is published at vancitizenship.gov.vu. This status means we are authorised to submit applications. It does not mean the Government recommends, prefers or endorses us over other agents, and it does not mean applications we submit are guaranteed.

Programme information

Programme rules, requirements and government fees are set by the Government of Vanuatu and can change without notice. We update this site as we become aware of changes, but the official government position prevails over anything published here.

Fees and costs

Figures shown on this site are based on published government contribution and fee levels at the time of writing. They are indicative. Your actual cost depends on your family composition, the programme chosen, and any third-party costs such as document certification, translation or courier.

Timelines

Any processing time shown is a typical observed timeframe, not a promise. Government processing time is outside our control and can vary with case complexity, document quality and due-diligence workload.

Eligibility and Government approval

Eligibility is assessed by the Vanuatu Citizenship Office and the Citizenship Commission. Citizenship decisions are made by the relevant Vanuatu Government authorities. We cannot guarantee approval, a particular outcome, or visa-free access to any country, since visa policies are set by each destination country and change over time.

Calculator and estimates

The cost calculator and any downloadable estimate it produces are indicative only. They are not a quotation and do not form a contract. A formal fee schedule is provided in writing before any engagement.

Enquiries and client engagement

Sending an enquiry, booking a call or downloading material does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either side to proceed. We are engaged only when a written engagement is agreed between you and Vanuatu Advance.

Third-party websites and services

This site links to and embeds third-party services, including the Vanuatu Citizenship Office website, Calendly and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of those services. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and logos on this site belong to Vanuatu Advance Citizenship Limited or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Do not republish or reuse the content commercially without our written permission. Government documents and certificates reproduced on this site remain the property of their issuers.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false information, send automated or bulk submissions, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may restrict access where this happens.
