- · Children aged 18–29, if financially dependent or in full-time education
- · Children of any age with physical or mental disabilities
- · Parents of the applicant or spouse who are financially dependent
Restricted nationalities
Vanuatu maintains a confidential list of nationalities for which applications undergo enhanced due diligence or are not currently being accepted. The published restricted list includes Iran, North Korea, Syria and Yemen.
If you hold or have held citizenship from a sensitive jurisdiction, please contact us privately. In many cases, applicants holding a second passport or long-term residency elsewhere remain fully eligible.
“Vanuatu’s eligibility framework is deliberately discreet. Discuss your circumstances with us before assuming the program is closed to you — exceptions and enhanced pathways exist.”
— Dean Kolthek, Founder-CEO
